Your order number can be found in the confirmation email we sent you right after your purchase. It starts with a # sign. You can also find it in your account under "Orders" if you have an account with us.
Most orders are delivered within 7–14 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. To start a return, contact us at support@daysoft.com and we'll guide you through the process.
